• The enduro footrests offer optimal grip, especially when riding off-road. The Shift Assistant Pro allows you to change gears without using the clutch – for fluid gear changes.

Newly developed two-cylinder engine

• The brand-new two-cylinder in-line engine with 48 hp is lightweight, compact, and thrillingly rev-heavy.

Iconic GS Flyline

• The F 450 GS is an authentic GS that brings all of the typical design characteristics of the GS family with it – including the iconic GS Flyline.
• Forged wheel and tinted windscreen are not available in the U.S.

The Easy Ride Clutch (ERC)

• The Easy Ride Clutch is a centrifugal clutch that allows you to ride off without the need to use the clutch lever, and makes it easier to ride at low speeds or in stop-and-go traffic. It remains closed in overrun mode and therefore functions as an engine brake, like with a conventional clutch. This is especially useful when riding downhill.

LED headlights

• The full-LED headlight with X icon is based on that of its big sibling, the R 1300 GS, and expresses the GS character.

Adjustable hand lever

• Precise maneuvers on any terrain: with the adjustable hand levers, you can adapt the brake and clutch levers to meet your needs precisely.
• Cosmic Black paint is not available in the U.S. 

1.7" gold anodized upside-down fork

• The gold anodized, 1.7" (43 mm) upside-down fork with 7" of spring travel wins riders over with its sophisticated finish, while also providing effective damping.
• Forged wheel and Cosmic Black paint are not available in the U.S. 

Adjustable suspension strut

• Progressive damping (WAD) on every route: The adjustable suspension strut adapts to the weight, riding style and road surface. For both control and comfort.

Clears every hurdle with ease

• When your daily routine is challenging, the F 450 GS gives you confidence: ABS Pro provides the necessary level of control. With the Rain, Road and Enduro riding modes, as well as the tuned suspension, you can master nearly any situation, in nearly any weather, both on and off-road.

Maximum drive

• The drive system of the F 450 GS has been completely redeveloped. It is a compact, lightweight, rev-heavy, two-cylinder, in-line engine with exactly 420 ccm displacement and 48 hp. It delivers its maximum torque of 32 lb-ft at 6,750 rpm. The new crankpin offset of 135 degrees provides optimal conditions in relation to oscillations and vibrations, while also providing a thrilling, throaty sound. In combination with the low vehicle weight of 393 lbs, the F 450 GS offers freshness, fun and agility – both on and off-road.

• In the GS Trophy variant, the F 450 GS is presented in Racing Blue Metallic with accents in red and white. This iconic look is underpinned by a comprehensive range of equipment. In addition to Shift Assistant Pro and Riding Modes Pro, it offers optimal off-road capabilities thanks to the Easy Ride Clutch, sport suspension, enduro footrests and a robust aluminum engine guard. Also on board: Hand protectors and a high windscreen with a Rallye aesthetic. Tinted windscreen and forged wheels are not available in U.S.

Radiator grille guard

• The optimal addition for off-road use: The protective grille offers effective protection against damage by stone chips or branches. It is made of fiberglass reinforced plastic and accentuates the bike’s robust Enduro aesthetic. It is quick and easy to install.

Silver handlebar risers

• The 20-mm, silver-colored handlebar risers offer increased comfort on long Enduro tours, as well as improved control when riding off-road while standing. The more relaxed sitting position is an effective way to reduce fatigue. Made of forged, natural anodized aluminum, they win riders over thanks to their low weight and perfect fit.

Rallye seat, high, black/white/red

• The position of the multicolored Rallye seat, which is elevated by 0.6", allows for an upright posture, giving the rider a decisive amount of added grip and optimal control when riding off-road. At the same time, the added seat foam maximises comfort, while the slip-resistant cover provides a secure connection to the motorcycle.
