2018 Wiedenmann Super 600

The SUPER 600 is a heavy duty sweeper/fraise mower/verticutter/flail mower/collection system which is similar to the Super 500; however, the SUPER 600 has approximately 80% more hopper capacity. The multipurpose head allows for sweeping, verticutting, and flail mowing while collecting clippings in a 5.9 cubic yard hopper with a high dump reach of up to 83". The airflow path ensures complete filling of the container. The SUPER 600 also works extremely well as a core pulverizer by installing brackets on the rear door of the hopper, creating a 4" gap which allows materials to fall back to the surface. Verticut spacing ranges from 3/4", 1 1/2", or 2 1/4". A big advantage is the floating head which follows contours and the multipurpose head allows sweeping without changing the implements. Special flotation tires are used with large contact area and low ground pressure to protect the surface. Another feature is the enviro-friendly chute, which guides the dust toward the ground, thereby reducing dust to the operator and the surround environment. All hydraulic functions are operated by electric controls from the tractor seat.

Options include a golf course kit and/or the super contour kit to avoid scalping.

• High lift dumping to a maximum height of 83".

• Swivel axles with quadruple tires 23x10.5 for low ground pressure. Downward pressure is applied to the outside tires when the hopper is lifted to give additional stability to the hopper when raised.

• Weight transfer spring on the verticutting head allows for consistent depth regardless of the amount of debris in the hopper.

• The multifunctional sweeper head equipped with power V-ribbed belts can be easily furnished with either verticutting blades or flail blades for verticutting, fraise mowing, or collecting debris without the help of any special tools.

• Electromagnetic remote control for all operator functions from the drivers seat.

• Environmental friendly exhaust system forces dust particles back down towards the surface thus reducing the formation of dust and emissions.

• SUPER 600 is attached to the draw bar of the tractor

• Trouble free access to all components for cleaning and maintenance work as well as tool exchange.
