- dla (Dynamic Loading Assistance) combines intelligent assistance functions of the machine. The goal is a consistently high handling capacity combined with reduced wear and noticeable relief in daily work. Automated support for central loading and lifting movements optimizes work processes and simplifies results for every operator.
- The combination of features including automatic bucket return, shake function, Tilt-in-Assist, Tele Retract (telescopic wheel loaders only), and lift height limitation enables precise, efficient, and safe machine operation. The bucket volume is optimally utilized, loading cycles are accelerated, and recurring movements are reliably supported.

Performance
Maximum traction through articulated pendulum joint
- The articulated pendulum joint enables all four wheels to maintain traction control even on uneven terrain. This increases the productivity of the machine and gives the operator optimum control.
- The optimal ratio of articulation and swing angle ensures high traction control. This makes it easy to maneuver the machine. Even in confined spaces, there is no collision between the front and rear sections of the machine.

100 % connectible differential lock

Electronically regulated traction drive( ecDrive): M-Drive mode
- The M-Drive mode corresponds to a gas pedal mode. As a result, the rpm of the diesel engine is set using the manual throttle and the gas pedal is used as the operating pedal.
- With the M-Drive Mode, the desired rpm is always requested, and as a result, inching is not necessary. This enables comfortable working conditions with hydraulically-operated attachments, just like efficient materials handling with very short routes.
Dynamic Loading Assistance: Automatic bucket retraction
- The automatic bucket return function automatically returns the attachment to a previously defined loading position. The function can be easily adjusted via the Jog-Dial and display, and controlled via the joystick.

Dynamic Loading Assistance: Lifting height limit
- The lifting height limit allows the operator to individually set the maximum lifting height of the machine using the jog dial and display. The loader unit is reliably restricted to the set height so that work movements can be executed in a controlled and precise manner.

Jog-Dial control element
- The Jog-Dial control element enables the easy operation and selection of different machine parameters and functions via the display: For example, adjusting various loader assistants such as automatic bucket retraction and lift height limitation, reading operating hours and machine information, or tracking service intervals.
- The Jog-Dial is ergonomically integrated into the control console below the display and moves in response to vibrations.
- In the event of a service, important fault notifications and required machine information can be quickly displayed using the Jog-Dial. This accelerates diagnostics and reduces the machine downtime.
Inch brake pedal: Engine output where it is needed.
1. No pressure on the inch-brake pedal: Full power for the traction drive.
2. Lightly pressed inch-brake-pedal: Speed is reduced, more power to the work hydraulics.
3. Strongly pressed inch-brake-pedal: The speed is reduced further, even more power to the work hydraulics.
4. Fully pressed inch-brake-pedal: The wheel loader is stationary, full power to the work hydraulics.
- The advantages of the inch-brake-pedal: Less wear of the service brake as well as optimum power distribution of the engine output.
- The inch-brake-pedal and hydrostatic traction drive enable very sensitive work to be done with the machine.
Ballast weight
- The machine can be equipped with a ballast weight (floor plate on the rear carriage) and/or cast iron rear weight. This means that heavier loads can be transported thanks to the higher tipping load.
- The increased tipping load expands the range of applications, as larger attachments can be operated and heavier loads can be moved with the same machine.
Suitable motorization
- The engine complies with exhaust emission Stage V with the diesel particulate filter (DPF) in combination with a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC). Urea solution (DEF) does not need to be added with this technology.
- The entire engine unit, including the exhaust after treatment system, comes from one manufacturer so that all components are perfectly coordinated and the machine automatically regenerates at the appropriate operating temperature. When operation is of a stop-start nature it is likewise possible to perform manual regeneration.
ecDrive: Electronically controlled traction drive
- Smart operation and working! With the electronically controlled traction drive ecDrive (Electronic Controlled Drive), the machine can be driven and used properly.
- Auto Mode and Eco Mode are always available as standard. Optionally, it is possible to select either the Attachment Mode or the M-Drive Mode. This provides maximum flexibility as the machine can be configured to individual requirements.
- The electronic regulation reduces loss in the drive system and ensures a higher efficiency rate and increased efficiency when compared with existing solutions. A lesser fuel requirement enables operation with lower rpm.
Pressure release
- The button for the pressure release is easy to access on the load arm or the telescopic arm. In this way, different hydraulic attachments can be replaced even faster and more efficiently. This also works when the engine is running.
- When the pressure relief is activated, the active hydraulic control circuit is depressurized and hydraulically operated attachments can be changed effortlessly and safely.
Adjustable 3rd control circuit
- The oil flow can be individually adjusted for both the 3rd control circuit and the continuous operation of the 3rd control circuit. This allows the oil flow to be optimally adjusted for each attachment.
- Attachments can be operated precisely and sensitively, ensuring performance is always fully utilized. This prevents damage to the attachment caused by overloading.
Loader unit sensitivity adjustable in 3 stages
- The two – or for tele wheel loaders, three – sections of the loader unit (lifting/lowering, tilting in/out, and telescoping in/out) can each be adjusted freely and independently in 3 speed stages.
- This means the machine can be optimally set up for different work tasks. Working precision is increased and productivity is significantly boosted.
Variety
More lift height and reach
- As a result of the long design of the load arm, an increased lift height and reach are achieved and it is no longer necessary to automatically switch to a larger machine. This makes the machine even more efficient and more flexible in application.
- Alongside the increased lift height, the machine’s reach is also extended, which enables, for example, the loading and unloading of a trailer using a pallet fork, even when double-parked.

Moreover, depending on the application and model, e.g. engine, drive, driver's cab or hydraulics can be individually configured. Trailer hitch and recovery equipment
- The machine can pull a trailer using the optional trailer hitch (38 mm automatic trailer hitch or maneuvering hitch).
- The option of pulling a trailer expands the machine’s application range and offers more flexibility, as no additional towing vehicle is required.
Rear hydro connections
- The machine can be equipped at the rear with a double-acting hydro connection including a separate control valve, and a double-acting hydro connection via a switch valve (3rd control circuit.
- This allows the machine to be used multi-functionally for different tasks. No additional vehicles and/or machines are required.
High Flow high-performance hydraulics
- The machine can be optionally equipped with High Flow high-performance hydraulics. This allows operating front attachments with a high oil requirement (such as a snow blower). This expands the range of applications for the machine.
Separate 4th Control circuit
- The machine can be optionally equipped with a double-acting hydraulic auxiliary control circuit. The separate 4th control circuit is operated independently and individually and allows the extended application of hydraulic attachments with multiple connections and functions.
Electrical connections
- The machine can be equipped with electrical connections to the front and/or rear. As a result, electrically operated auxiliary functions of attachments, for example a sweeper with a water-spray facility, can be operated. In addition to this, it is possible to change over the auxiliary functions of hydraulic attachments.
- The different electronic functions can be configured individually by the operator via the jog dial and display (setting of E1/E2/E3/E4, momentary/latching combinations). The electronic functions are operated comfortably with the joystick.
- Electrical connections ensure that a wide variety of attachments can be operated with the machine. This again increases the machine’s application range.
Pressureless return including leakage oil line
- Certain attachments with their own hydraulic motor require an unpressurized return line. The hydraulic oil flows back into the hydraulic oil tank via the oil cooler and the oil filter in a large dimensioned separate line. The advantage here is that the attachment can feed the return oil cooled and without increased stagnation pressure back into the hydraulic oil tank. This protects components of the machine and the attachment.
- The leakage oil line returns the leakage oil of the oil motor to the tank with max. 2 bar if required. This minimizes the casing pressure in the hydraulic motor of the attachment.
Maintenance
- A service flap is located on the right-hand side of the machine in an easily accessible position. The cab's fuses and air filter are easily accessible via these.

- The air conditioning system increases the comfort for the operator. It enables fatigue-free work as it reduces the strain on the operator in warm outdoor temperatures.
Ventilation as required
- The left-hand cabin door is available in a one-piece or two-piece version. Both can be set up completely and locked to the machine. With the split door, the upper window pane can also be opened and locked separately. The window can also be set up and locked on the right-hand side. Gap ventilation is also possible.
- This ensures fresh air in the cabin, even without the use of air-conditioning, and increases the operator’s comfort when ambient temperatures are warm.
Comfortable and ergonomic operator’s seat
- The standard operator’s seat features mechanical suspension. Optional seat with air suspension, heating, and additional adjustments is available. For even greater comfort, a Premium operator’s seat is available with low-frequency suspension, seat heating, seat ventilation, adjustable side contours, lumbar support, and automatic weight adjustment.
- The entire control console (including display, Jog-Dial, and joystick) forms a single unit with the operator’s seat and moves with it to absorb vibrations. This increases operator comfort and ensures optimal control over the machine at all times.
- Multiple seat adjustment options allow operators to customize setup, ensuring the best possible ergonomics.
Vibration-damped workstation
- The machine through well-designed dampers absorbs vibrations and shocks. The operator's body is very well protected, allowing longer periods of focused work with the machine.
Load arm damping with automatic function
- The load arm damping enables optimum machine handling on impassable terrain and while on the road. It is recommended for any terrain because it actively interrupts the transmission of vibrations. The load arm damping provides a clear increase in operator comfort here.
- The load arm damping can be switched off completely or switched on automatically based on travel speed. The driving speed at which the load stabilizer automatically activates is set here using the jog dial and the display. If it falls below the set driving speed again, the load arm damping is also automatically deactivated.
- The load arm damping prevents the machine from rocking at high driving speeds. This increases safety for the operator and protects vehicle components by absorbing shocks.
Proportional speed limiter (slow speed device)
- With the proportional speed limiter (slow speed device), very slow travel speeds can be achieved in the first speed stage at constant engine speed. This offers an advantage when using attachments that are operated at a constant high speed but at a very low driving speed at the same time.
- The proportional speed limiter (slow speed device) enables comfortable and concentrated work with attachments such as a sweeper, hedge trimmer or mulcher, even over longer periods of time.
Manual throttle
- The manual throttle allows a constant engine speed to be set manually for optimum operation of an attachment. Continuously variable adjustment is convenient and precise via a corresponding potentiometer.
- The hand throttle ensures comfortable and concentrated work with attachments such as a sweeper, hedge trimmer or mulcher, even over longer periods of time.
Flat-Face Hydraulic Couplings
- Easy change of attachments: The flat-face hydraulic couplings can be cleaned easily, ensuring less soiling in the entire hydraulic system. When the hydro connections are coupled, hardly any leaking occurs, keeping hands, the machine, the attachment and the ground clean.
- With the flat-face hydraulic couplings, hydraulically operated attachments can be coupled even under pressure, which saves time. All coupling types are mounted on the same bulkhead and are thus easily accessible.
End-position damping for lift cylinder
- The lift cylinders feature damping at the end-position during lifting and lowering. The lifting and lowering movements are gently slowed down when the cylinders reach their end position.
- This leads to smoother work movements and increased operator comfort. Additionally, it protects the machine and reduces wear.
Safety
Optimal work area illumination
- Standard lighting includes StVZO-compliant lighting (halogen) and LED work lights on the cab roof (2 front, 2 rear, 1,000 lm) including coming-home lighting (illuminates the surroundings when exiting the machine). Optional StVZO-compliant lighting and LED rotating beacon light can be selected.
- Even better illumination is possible with the Performance Light Package: LED Performance work lights (4 front, 2 rear on the cab roof; for tele wheel loaders, an additional 2 on the telescopic arm, all with 2,000 lm), including a variable dimming function.
- The Performance Light Package ensures optimal illumination of the working and driving areas, enabling glare-free operation of the machine with the dimming function. This allows the operator to remain focused while working with the machine, even over extended periods.
Active work lighting
- The active work lighting automatically switches various work lights on or off depending on the height of the loader unit. This ensures optimal illumination for any situation.
- For the operator, this means fewer reflections and glare, resulting in increased safety through improved visibility.
Easy entry and exit
- In just a few steps, the driver can comfortably reach the operator's platform of the machine. This is made possible by the large, non-slip steps, the wide entrance and the easily accessible grab rails. This increases the driver's safety when getting in and out of the vehicle.
Electric parking brake
- The electric parking brake is activated when the brake pedal is depressed or the driver leaves the seat. The hold function prevents the machine from rolling away unintentionally. The electric parking brake is released when the accelerator pedal is pressed.
- This provides the operator and their working environment with the maximum level of safety and comfort. The machine can therefore be very efficiently operated using the electric parking brake.
- The electric parking brake can also be activated or deactivated manually by pressing a switch. The operator is always in control and can work with the machine according to his own needs and preferences.
Braking system: Multiple-disc brake
- The multi-disc brake is virtually maintenance-free and experiences only minimal wear. Its closed design makes it resistant to contamination and aggressive substances. This ensures reliable and safe operation and increases the service life of the braking system.
- The brake is always 100% applied when activated, whether automatically or manually. This increases work safety for the operator and protects the working environment.
Color-coded operating concept
- The sophisticated Weidemann operating philosophy and the color-oriented operating concept enable the operator to operate the machine intuitively. The quick orientation makes working with the machine easier for new or changing drivers. It also increases work safety at the same time.
- All controls are within easy reach. The operator always has the most important machine information in view via the optimally positioned display.
- The switches and controls are divided into different color groupings: Gray = Electrics, Red = Safety, Blue/Orange = Traction drive, Green = Hydraulics. This ensures quick understandability and orientation at all times.
Excellent all-round visibility
- The 4-pillar design of the cab, the deep-drawn windows, the large roof cut-out and the panoramic rear window in combination with the low-sloping hood ensure optimum all-round visibility.
- The operator has an excellent overview of the attachment, the immediate working area, and all of the machine’s surroundings. The good 360° view increases safety within the machine’s entire working area.
Object Detection
- Ultrasonic sensors monitor the rear area of the machine and warn the operator of obstacles visually (on the display) and acoustically (via an audible signal). In addition, a rearview camera can display an accurate image of the area behind the machine on the screen.
- The operator is supported in challenging situations: Increased safety when maneuvering and reliable obstacle detection.
- Object Detection reduces the risk of accidents and ensures safer, stress-free work.
Eco-friendliness
Current emission standard and suitable engine
- When implementing the current emissions directive for the reduction of exhaust gases and pollutants, it is important not to compromise in terms of performance, service life or economic efficiency of the machines, despite strict regulations. To implement this directive, Weidemann uses the latest engine technologies. These are equipped with various exhaust gas after-treatment systems.
- Each machine can be equipped with the motorization appropriate for its size class. This prevents under- or over-motorization, which in turn ensures fuel-efficient and economical operation.
Electronically regulated traction drive( ecDrive): Eco-Mode
- In Eco mode, the engine speed is reduced once the desired vehicle speed has been reached, allowing both noise reduction and fuel savings.
- Eco-mode enables comfortable and resource-saving driving, especially over longer distances.
