The Morbark Stac-Trac is engineered for efficient sorting and stacking of lumber, ties, and cants, streamlining operations that would otherwise require multiple workers on a green chain.

This unit excels at lifting and stacking challenging timbers, minimizing labor expenses and reducing injury risks linked to manual material handling. Its user-friendly design enables a single operator to effortlessly manage travel along the track, control the lumber grapple, adjust the extension and vertical movement of the boom

Designed for mechanically sorting and stacking lumber, ties and cants, the Stac-Trac can do the work of two to five men on a green chain. This unit will lift and stack timbers that are difficult or impossible to do by hand, reducing labor costs and decreasing injuries associated with material handling. One operator easily controls travel along the track, the lumber graplle, extension and up and down motion of the boom, and the swinging motion of the unit, all from a comfortable, adjustable operator’s seat.

• Four crown track roller guide assemblies
• 360° hydraulic lift arm assembly with two-point grapple
• Operator’s seat with controls mounted on operator’s platform with railing
• Hydraulic system includes 25-gallon (94.6 L) hydraulic oil reservoir and 10 Micron filters
