The Morbark Barn Sweep Conveyor is a perfect solution for moving sawdust, bark, or chips efficiently. It pairs exceptionally well with our Rosserhead Debarker. Crafted from durable 10-gauge formed steel pan and 5" x 5" (12.7 cm x 12.7 cm) square tubing, this conveyor can stretch up to 150' (45.7 m) horizontally or 100' (30.5 m) vertically, offering versatile functionality.

Perfect for transferring sawdust, bark or chips from one place to another, the Barn Sweep Conveyor is ideal when coupled with our Rosserhead Debarker. Constructed from 10-gauge formed steel pan and 5" x 5" (12.7 cm x 12.7 cm) square tubing, the barn sweep conveyor can be made up to 150' (45.7 m) level or 100' (30.5 m) upright.

• 5'–150' level (1.5 m – 45.7 m), 5'–10' (1.5 m – 3.05 m) upright barn sweep style conveyor
• 0.625" (1.6 cm) oval link chain with flites on 2' (0.6 m) centers (standard), other options available
•  Constructed from 10-gauge formed steel pan and 5" x 5" (12.7 cm x 12.7 cm) square tubing
• 2.44" (6.2 cm) head shaft, tail shaft and idler shaft
• Heavy-duty tubular steel leg package with discharge height of 15' (4.6 m)
• Rexnord gear reducer 25 to 1 reduction
• Chain speed approximately 30 FPM (9.1 m/min)
• 3-hp (2.2-kW), 1800 RPM electric motor
• Ratchet-type chain tensioner
