2018 Flygt Monitoring Systems MAS 711

MAS 711 is designed to further enhance the outstanding reliability of a Flygt pump. As part of a complete Flygt pumping system, it helps reduce costs over a pumps lifetime. MAS acquires measurement data via sensors to protect the pump from harmful conditions. Before stopping the pump a warning is given. Information about deviating values enables the operator to take preventive measures. A memory in the pump is prepared with individual alarm set-points and asset data. This is used to facilitate initial startup and maintenance. The Web tool feature enables interaction with the system using a standard PC, a tablet or even a smartphone. A standard browser is all you need for a visual overview, trending and fault tracing. This makes MAS efficient, educational and easy to use. The so-called black box feature links alarm items with logged data, a unique fault tracing feature.
