Description
2027 Case IH 610 Liquid System
From its large tanks to its big booms, and all the plumbing in between, the 610 Liquid System is designed to help applicators cover a lot of acres in a short window.
610 Liquid System Highlights
Tanks
Whichever tank size you choose, you get solid design and long-lasting construction
- Available in 1,800 and 2,000 gal (6,814 and 7,571 L) capacities
- Constructed from 12-gauge, 304 stainless steel
- Internal baffles (one on the smaller tank and two on the larger tank) provide stability
- Full-length sump for uninterrupted product flow
- A 2 in (5.1 cm) removable sparge tube runs the length of the tank for continuous in-field agitation
- Optional fresh water rinse system cleans the tanks and reduces the chance of residual chemical contamination
Booms
- Available in either 70 or 65/85 ft (21.3- or 18.2/25.9-m) boom widths
- All booms are self-centering
- Hydraulic leveling cylinders maintain the boom’s centered spraying position, keeping the centering chains tight
- Hydraulic accumulators attached to the main leveling cylinders absorb vertical shock loads
- Outer breakaways absorb horizontal shock loads through a combination of shock absorbers and spring
- The boom is brought safely back to its original position once the obstruction is cleared
Plumbing
- The 610 Liquid System features the hard-working, hydraulically controlled Defco 7600 pump
- Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) controls the pump speed to accurately deliver the proper rate of product
- Precise control of pump speed reduces wear on the impeller and internal components
- Pump housing alignment further enhances system efficiency and productivity
Service
When application windows are short, time is money. The Case IH 610 Liquid System features an operator-friendly service center for loading product, chemical induction, foam tank filling and foam concentrate transfer — all completed from one location.
- Hydraulically-driven pump features a large load valve for quick tank fill
- A side ladder provides access to the walkway and tank top during reloading
- Remote electronic controls allow the operator to adjust engine speed and product pump speed while manipulating the mechanical product valves
- A large red “panic” button allows your to shut down the system in a hurry, if necessary
- A remote-mounted light provides visibility in low-light conditions
Leading the Industry
Get more out of every season. Whether applying liquids, granular materials, or both, ride high in a machine designed to meet the needs of professional applicators. Combine a rugged 3- or 4- wheel Titan series Floater with either the big tanks and efficient plumbing of the 610 Liquid System or the precise co-application flexibility of the FA 1030 Air Boom applicators you can cover more acres, more accurately.
